Competently and Compassionately Equipping for the Glory of God

We are a worldwide non-profit organization dedicated to helping people mature in Christ. This is accomplished by using Christian truths to equip the body of Christ to competently and compassionately care for others through relevant and practical resources.

Our Heartbeat

We believe that although the Gospel speaks to all areas of our lives, many Christians are unaware how to connect the Gospel to what they do on a day-to-day basis. Our aim is to serve the worldwide body of Christ by helping them see and make those “Gospel connections” in real, practical, and specific ways.

We believe the best place, outside of the home, for transformation to take place is within the context of a local church. Although we are a para-church organization, we maintain a high view of the local church and encourage all the people we serve to be actively involved in the ministry of a local church in order to mature and progress in their sanctification. We believe that if people are able to apply the Gospel to their lives, while contextualized in a Christ-centered local church, they will then be able to love God and their neighbor in even greater ways (Matthew 22:36-40).

We are a highly skilled organization whose sole purpose is summarized in this statement:

Our purpose is accomplished by training people to bring real and practical help to those in need, regardless of where they live in the world, with the long-term goal of pointing these individuals back to a local church where they can continue to grow in their sanctification.

We are a training organization that seeks to train Christians so they can help those in need. Through seminars, one-to-one training sessions, and the use of modern technology, we are reaching new levels of advancement in the area of Christian discipleship and soul care.
